The Detroit News recently reported that Rep. Graham Filler is using a rental property in Duplain Township tied to special interests as his primary address in order to run in the 93rd House District. The rental house has plants growing from the gutters and overgrown grass in the back yard.

Michigan law says that in order to run for office you must actually live in the district you want to represent.

Graham wants us to believe that he moved out of his home worth more than $500,000 in Watertown Township 30 miles outside of the 93rd district to a rental house in the middle of a gravel pit.

That’s bull$H*! or (I don’t think anyone should believe that)

I am not sure how this will play out legally, but I do know that voters in the 93rd district will have a say in who represents them.

I was taught that if you work hard, play by the rules, you’ll get rewarded. We have the responsibility to make sure the politicians in Lansing play by the same rules.

Graham has decided to cut corners and game the system in order to climb the political ladder.

That doesn’t sit well with me because I’m running to make sure government works for everyone not just the privileged few who can bend the rules to benefit themselves. We can’t let him get away with it.

I need your help to win this election.
